Flood and Moisture Control

TechClean provides specialized flood and moisture control services for building owners and facilities managers. In the event of damage caused by a flood or other catastrophic water event our services can limit further damage, cut drying time significantly and save on restoration costs.

This deep drying of ambient air coupled with constant air movement causes the moisture in building materials to evaporate much quicker than normal, bringing them to pre-event moisture content levels. Computers, furniture and other equipment, as well as wood floors and floor coverings can be also dried using this process. In addition, we can create high pressure zones to protect areas that had no direct flooding, avoiding future water penetration and further damage.
